Allarity Therapeutics has ended its stock-purchase agreement with Tumim Stone Capital, which had allowed the company to sell up to $6 million of newly issued shares. The company said it is pursuing alternative financing arrangements.
- The agreement, in place since January 2026, let Allarity choose whether and when to sell shares to Tumim. The price for each sale was based on the stock’s volume-weighted average price during the relevant pricing period.
- The termination took effect October 28. Allarity will not sell additional shares to Tumim under the agreement.
- No early termination penalty is payable. Certain obligations, including indemnification and some expense provisions, continue under the agreement.
- The company did not state how much, if any, of the $6 million facility it had used before ending it.
The termination removes this particular source of potential equity financing. Allarity says it plans to pursue other financing arrangements; no details about those arrangements were provided.
