America’s Car-Mart has secured a further five-day extension from its lenders, keeping temporary relief from certain loan requirements in place through November 9. The agreement extends an existing waiver arrangement tied to the company’s credit facility.
The extension concerns the company’s obligations to meet minimum liquidity and collateral-coverage thresholds, as well as certain anticipated or existing events of default under the agreement.
- Silver Point Finance, acting as administrative and collateral agent, and the other lenders agreed to extend the scheduled termination date and the temporary relief through November 9, 2026.
- The relief had most recently been extended through November 4. Earlier extensions followed a waiver agreement made under a credit facility dated October 30, 2025.
- The arrangement is temporary; the latest extension lasts five days. It does not describe a permanent change to the credit agreement or a broader restructuring.
The change gives Car-Mart additional short-term relief from specified loan requirements, but the latest extension only carries that relief through November 9.
