NCR Voyix reported third-quarter 2026 results, with lower total revenue reflecting its hardware business transition while software and services revenue held steady. Profit from continuing operations improved from a loss a year earlier, and the company maintained its full-year outlook.
The results also featured new platform agreements with six enterprise customers and the first live deployment of Aloha Next, NCR Voyix’s application for restaurant operations.
Third-quarter performance
- Revenue was $539 million, down from $677 million a year earlier. The company attributed the decline to the hardware business transition.
- Software and services revenue was $500 million, unchanged from the prior-year quarter.
- Recurring revenue rose to $428 million from $422 million. Recurring software revenue increased to $208 million from $202 million.
- Net income from continuing operations attributable to NCR Voyix was $14 million, compared with a $18 million loss a year earlier. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations were $0.08, versus a loss of $0.15 per share.
- Adjusted EBITDA was $120 million, compared with $123 million a year earlier. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share increased to $0.32 from $0.30.
Customer wins and product rollout
- NCR Voyix signed platform agreements with six enterprise customers: Ahold Delhaize USA, A.S. Watson, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, First Watch, Rutter’s and Sbarro.
- Aloha Next went live for the first time, at Bruster’s location in Bridgewater.
- Remaining contract value for Voyix Commerce Platform applications was approximately $440 million at September 30. That was up 151% from a year earlier and 54% from the prior quarter.
2026 outlook maintained
- Revenue guidance remains $2.188 billion to $2.303 billion, representing a reported decline of 13% to 18% from 2025. Excluding the impact of the hardware transition, the company expects revenue to range from a 2% decline to 3% growth.
- Adjusted EBITDA is forecast at $432 million to $447 million, up 3% to 7%.
- Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share are expected to be $0.89 to $0.92, also up 3% to 7%.
- Adjusted free cash flow, unrestricted and before restructuring costs, is projected at $190 million to $220 million, up 40% to 62%.
The reported revenue decline contrasts with flat software and services revenue and modest growth in recurring revenue. The company’s guidance also separates the expected hardware-transition drag from its revenue outlook excluding that impact.
