Boise Cascade has added building-products executive Brian Carlson to its board, expanding it from 10 directors to 11. Carlson, who retired in 2025 after a 30-year career at Huber Engineered Woods, will serve on the board’s Audit and Corporate Governance and Nominating committees.
The company also declared a quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share, payable in December.
