Southern Missouri Bancorp’s chief financial officer, Stefan Chkautovich, is leaving the company on Nov. 7 to pursue another opportunity. President and Chief Administrative Officer Matthew T. At its annual meeting, shareholders also re-elected three directors, approved the company’s executive pay in a non-binding vote and ratified its auditor for the coming fiscal year.
