Brigade Enterprises Ltd reports Q2 FY27 real estate pre-sales of ₹1,827 crore, up 72% QoQ
- Sales volume was 1.32 mn sq. ft., up 78% QoQ and down 31% YoY.
- Q2 segment revenue was ₹1,250 crore: real estate ₹760 crore, leasing ₹329 crore and hospitality ₹161 crore.
- Leasing EBITDA was ₹242 crore; hospitality EBITDA was ₹59 crore at a 37% margin, with 75% occupancy and an average room rate of ₹7,876.
- The company outlined approximately 13 mn sq. ft. of planned launches over the next four quarters.
