Greenply Industries Ltd appoints Gaurav Drolia as Executive Vice President–Chief Strategy Officer, effective October 31, 2026
- Board approval was given on October 29, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
- Drolia will join as a Senior Management Personnel member on a full-time basis.
- He is a Chartered Accountant with an MS in Finance and over 20 years of experience in deal advisory, restructuring, transaction advisory, due diligence and valuations.
