Incyte reported higher third-quarter 2026 revenue and sales, led by growth in Opzelura and its Hematology and Oncology portfolio alongside a smaller increase in Jakafi. The company also raised its full-year sales guidance for several businesses and outlined progress across its cancer and blood-disorder pipeline.
-
Revenue and sales grew 14% year over year. Total revenue was $1.56 billion, while total net sales were $1.32 billion. Incyte attributed the increase primarily to greater demand across its marketed products.
-
Jakafi remained the largest product, with modest growth. Jakafi and Jakafi XR generated $827 million in net sales, up 4% from a year earlier.
-
Other businesses grew faster. Opzelura cream sales rose 36% to $255 million. The Hematology and Oncology portfolio generated $235 million, up 38%.
-
Full-year sales guidance was raised. Incyte increased its 2026 guidance for Opzelura net sales, Hematology and Oncology net sales, and total net sales.
-
Gastrointestinal cancer programs are expanding. Phase 1 data for INCB161734 and INCA033890 are supporting a broader GI oncology development effort, with multiple ongoing or planned registrational studies in 2027.
-
Additional late-stage blood-disease studies are underway or planned. Incyte said Phase 3 studies are underway or planned for INCA033989 in essential thrombocythemia and myelofibrosis, and for latarcibart in von Willebrand disease.
-
Two more Phase 3 readouts are expected by year-end. The company expects data for povorcitinib in prurigo nodularis and ruxolitinib cream in hidradenitis suppurativa.
The results show faster growth in Opzelura and the Hematology and Oncology portfolio than in Jakafi, while Jakafi remains Incyte’s biggest sales contributor. The guidance increase reflects a stronger sales outlook for the specified businesses. The pipeline updates span gastrointestinal cancers, blood cancers and other blood disorders; Incyte’s chief executive said the programs could provide multiple avenues for growth beyond 2029.
