Opendoor has appointed investor and technology entrepreneur Mike Alfred to its board, effective October 29, 2026. Alfred will also join the board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
The appointment adds an independent director with experience in technology companies, investing and public-company boards. Alfred is also the founder of Alpine Fox, an investment partnership that owns Opendoor shares.
