Omnicell reported higher profit and EBITDA for the third quarter of 2026 despite a small year-over-year decline in revenue. The healthcare technology company also said it updated its full-year outlook and pointed to growing customer interest in its next-generation medication-management platform.

- EBITDA: Non-GAAP EBITDA was $45 million, compared with $41 million in the year-earlier quarter. Omnicell attributed the quarter’s performance to demand for its connected devices, favorable product and service margins, and cost discipline.
- Balance sheet: At September 30, Omnicell had $315 million in cash and cash equivalents and $169 million in debt, net of unamortized issuance costs. Total assets were $2.1 billion.

- Products and strategy: Chief Executive Randall Lipps cited momentum and a growing pipeline for the company’s next-generation platform, including Titan XT combined with its cloud-based OmniSphere platform. Omnicell’s stated strategic focus is on connecting medication-management systems and helping healthcare providers improve operational efficiency and address workforce pressures.
