PNC Infratech Ltd reports Q2FY27 consolidated revenue of ₹1,322 crore, up 17% YoY, and net profit of ₹115 crore, down 47%
- Consolidated EBITDA margin was 21.1%, versus 22.4% a year earlier; Q2FY26 included a ₹163 crore exceptional item, compared with nil in Q2FY27.
- Standalone revenue rose 17% to ₹1,146 crore; net profit fell 16% to ₹73 crore, with EBITDA margin at 12.1% versus 13.9%.
- Order book stood at ₹14,871 crore; the company reported a ₹244 crore arbitration award in its favour and a Delhi High Court stay on debarment orders.
