- Wholly owned subsidiary International Hospital Ltd acquired the hospital business and operations, along with its land and building.
- The Rajajinagar facility has 110 operational beds, with expansion potential to about 150; FY26 revenue was approximately ₹50 crore.
- Fortis said the deal supports its cluster-focused growth strategy and strengthens its presence in North-West Bengaluru.
