ACNB Corporation approved a higher fourth-quarter regular dividend and a separate special dividend, bringing the cash payment to $1.21 per share. Both are payable December 15 to shareholders of record on December 1.
The Gettysburg, Pennsylvania-based financial holding company, parent of ACNB Bank and ACNB Insurance Services, said the payments reflect its capital position while leaving resources to support growth.
- Regular dividend: $0.46 per share, up 9.5% from $0.42 in the prior quarter. ACNB said this is its second regular-dividend increase in 2026.
- Special dividend: An additional $0.75 per share. This is the company’s second special dividend this year.
- Combined payment: Shareholders will receive $1.21 per share on December 15, consisting of the regular and special dividends.
- 2026 total: Including the newly declared payments, ACNB expects to pay $2.93 per share in cash dividends this year: $1.68 in regular dividends and $1.25 in special dividends. That is about 112% more than the $1.38 per share paid in 2025.
The regular dividend increase raises ACNB’s ongoing quarterly payout, while the special dividend is a separate payment. Together, the declared dividends deliver a larger cash return to shareholders this year; the company said it intends to maintain capital and liquidity to support future growth.
