Welspun Enterprises Ltd approves Ravi Singh as CHRO and Priya Pakhare as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
- Singh becomes Designate CHRO on November 5, 2026, and CHRO from January 1, 2027; Lekha Raghavan’s resignation takes effect no later than December 31, 2026.
- Pakhare takes over as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on December 12, 2026; Nidhi Tanna’s resignation takes effect no later than December 11, 2026.
- Both resignations are to pursue opportunities outside the Welspun Group.
