Embassy Developments Ltd reports Q2 FY27 pre-sales of ₹3,225 crore, up 272% QoQ and 689% YoY
- H1 FY27 pre-sales reached ₹4,093 crore, 51% of its ₹8,000 crore FY27 guidance; collections were ₹1,041 crore.
- Q2 collections were ₹546 crore, up 10% QoQ and 52% YoY.
- Three launches carried combined GDV of ₹8,397 crore; Embassy Origins recorded ₹1,813 crore in sales in two weeks, while Embassy Terazza generated ₹758 crore at launch.
- FY27 launch pipeline stands at ₹19,400 crore GDV.
