Prestige Estates Projects Ltd to acquire 100% of Allure Developers for up to ₹523.76 crore
- Allure will become a wholly owned subsidiary; consideration is payable in tranches.
- The transaction is expected to close within seven working days.
- Allure is undertaking a residential project in Sector 150, Noida; FY26 turnover was ₹1.23 million. The company said the deal is not a related-party transaction and the promoter group has no interest.
