UGRO Capital Ltd reports Q2 FY27 PAT of ₹50.7 crore, down 25.3% QoQ, on income of ₹578.4 crore
- Total income rose 8.2% QoQ; PPOP was ₹155.1 crore, a 26.8% margin on income.
- AUM stood at ₹15,019 crore; net disbursements were ₹3,159 crore. Portfolio yield was 18.7% (+108 bps YoY) and GNPA was 2.7%.
- Focused products represented 53% of AUM; merger-related pro forma estimates are unaudited and subject to NCLT sanction and auditor review.
