- Jatin Chokshi’s retirement takes effect Dec. 31, 2026; Jakhar’s Managing Director term is proposed through Dec. 31, 2029. He was appointed Executive Director–Strategy from Nov. 4, 2026.
- Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 12.6% year on year to ₹22.68 crore; net profit fell 4.1% to ₹8.22 crore. Segment-result margin was 42.0%.
