Endurance Technologies Ltd appoints Mandar Velankar as Compliance Officer effective 16 November 2026
- Sunil Lalai will step down as Compliance Officer on 15 November, continuing as Company Secretary and Head – Legal.
- Velankar will also be designated KMP and Senior Management Personnel, with authority under Regulation 30(5) to determine and disseminate material information.
- The change is part of the company’s succession planning process.
