Weekly Statistical Supplement – October 30, 2026: The RBI reported foreign exchange reserves of US$719.748 billion as of October 23, down US$1.269 billion over the week. Scheduled commercial bank deposits and credit fell by ₹5.19 lakh crore and ₹2.52 lakh crore, respectively, in the fortnight to October 15; RBI liquidity operations showed net absorption on the dates reported. The supplement announced no policy change, penalty or regulatory action.
