Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd becomes a subsidiary of GRT Jewellers after its 74.12% acquisition
- Managing Director Shrikant Gopaldas Zaveri and Whole-Time Directors Binaisha Shrikant Zaveri and Raashi Shrikant Zaveri resigned effective at the close of the October 30 board meeting.
- Govindarajulu Rajendran Ananthapadmanabhan and Govindarajulu Rajendran Radhakrishnan were appointed Managing Directors for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval; K N Jeethendra Babu was appointed Deputy CEO.
- The Board noted former promoters’ declassification and approved committee changes; certain seller-guarantee and property-mortgage release conditions were shifted to post-completion obligations.
