Suraj Limited approves Q2 FY27 results, reporting consolidated revenue of ₹55.63 crore and net profit of ₹3.25 crore
- Consolidated revenue rose 42.5% sequentially and 10.8% year on year; net profit increased 291.6% year on year but fell 9.4% sequentially.
- EBITDA margin was approximately 12.5%, versus 16.5% in Q1 FY27 and 7.3% in Q2 FY26.
- Rashmi Lakhani resigns as Company Secretary effective 31 October; Mayank Balvantbhai Rami takes over as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from 1 November 2026.
