Church & Dwight has elected Masco Chief Executive Jonathon J. Nudi as an independent director, effective January 1, 2027. His arrival will expand the board to 12 members, and he is slated to join its Audit and Compensation & Human Capital committees.
- Nudi has led Masco, a manufacturer and distributor of home-improvement and building products, since July 2025 and has served on its board since June 2023.
- Before Masco, he spent more than 30 years at General Mills in leadership roles in the U.S. and Europe. His most recent positions there included Group President of Pet, International and North America Foodservice, and Group President of North America Retail.
- He will receive compensation under Church & Dwight’s standard policies for non-employee directors.
- The board expansion and committee appointments take effect when Nudi joins on January 1, 2027.
The appointment adds one independent director and assigns him roles on two board committees, including the committee overseeing audit matters and the one focused on compensation and human capital.
