Eureka Acquisition Corp. has until Jan. 31, 2027, to meet Nasdaq’s public-float requirement after the exchange granted it additional time to address a listing deficiency. The extension follows the company’s submission of a compliance plan in October.
- Nasdaq notified Eureka on Aug. 27 that it did not meet the exchange’s public-float rule.
- The company submitted a plan to regain compliance on Oct. 12, the deadline Nasdaq had set for providing one.
- On Oct. 26, Nasdaq granted Eureka an extension through Jan. 31, 2027, to meet the requirement.
The extension gives Eureka more time to address the deficiency; it does not itself establish that the company has regained compliance.
