- Wealth Management Business to be transferred to Emkay Wealth Advisory Ltd by slump sale for ₹2.75 crore; it generated FY26 revenue of ₹24.2366 crore (about 6.12% of consolidated income).
- May invest up to ₹30 crore in Emkay Capital through a rights issue.
- Agreements expected by 4 November 2026; completion targeted within 90 days, subject to approvals and compliances.
